Worship: Act as a greeter, lay reader, or provide flowers. With prior training, you can also help the Tech Team stream the service. Sunday mornings.
Summer Sundays in the CPC Library: Supervise children reading, coloring, and building with Legos in the CPC Library during the worship service. Sunday mornings from 10:15 AM until the start of Children's Time, while Worship & Wonder is on hiatus for the summer.
Summer Program at the Kirk: Assist teachers at the Kirk of Kildaire's Summer Program in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for the children of our neighbors in the Wrenn Drive area. Wednesday or Thursday mornings, 8:30 AM - noon, June 18 - July 31.
Oak City Cares: Bake at home, prepare food in the CPC kitchen, or deliver and serve a meal at the Oak City Cares location in Raleigh. Third Sunday of every month.
Dorcas Ministries Food Pantry: Staff the Food Pantry at Dorcas Ministries during evening hours. Volunteers must complete paperwork for Dorcas Ministries and go to a training session. Third Thursday of the month, 4:45 - 7:00 PM.
Habitat for Humanity Quilts: Sew blocks for a quilt to be presented to a homeowner at the dedication of their new Habitat for Humanity home. Kits with fabric and instructions are available.
