Music & Worship
The Music & Worship team works with CPC staff to plan and coordinate church services. There are sub-teams for decorating the Sanctuary, preparing Communion, live streaming, choir, musical ensembles, and more. The team meets on the second Monday of the month at 6:30 PM, usually in a hybrid in person and Zoom format.

Faith Formation
The Faith Formation ministry team offers a wide variety of opportunities for all ages to grow in their Christian faith, including weekly classes, Lunch & Learn programs, youth groups, Vacation Bible School, and more.

The Christian Fellowship team provides opportunities for members and visitors to connect with one another, and to support and nurture each other through social events like dinners, receptions, picnics, book clubs, women's circles, men's events, and CPC's scouting program.

The Health & Wholeness team coordinates several sub-teams that provide care and support for CPC members' physical and spiritual health.

Community Partnerships
The Community Partnerships team plans and coordinates service projects and advocacy for marginalized groups. Building & Grounds
The Building & Grounds team coordinates the care of our church building and property. This includes landscaping, building repair and updates, Earth Care Congregation initiatives, accessibility, and more.

Communications
The Communications team maintains the CPC website and official CPC social media (Facebook and Instagram) accounts, and works with church staff to support the mission, goals, and values of the congregation.

The Technology team maintains CPC's technical infrastructure, including internet, cybersecurity, hardware, and software.

Budget & Finance
The Budget & Finance Team oversees CPC's financial health and stewardship. The team reviews monthly financial statements and reports, prepares the annual budget, and monitors income, expenses, and cash flow. The team also reviews insurance and investment strategies as needed. They meet on the third Tuesday of each month, either by email or via Zoom.

Generosity
The Generosity Team is responsible for planning and coordinating CPC’s annual pledge campaign. The team meets the third Thursday of each month from March through August, and again in October and December. Meetings are one hour in length, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.

Legacy Fund
The Legacy Fund Board manages CPC's endowment fund, overseeing investment strategies, congregational education, donor communications and related marketing materials. The Board is composed of seven members: one from the Session, one from the Diaconate, and five at-large members of the congregation. Meetings are scheduled as needed, typically once per quarter, and are held via Zoom in the evening. Meetings last no more than one hour.

Personnel
The Personnel team supports our staff and clergy, as well as defining and administering policies that affect them. The team meets on the third Monday of the month at 6:30 PM.

Nominating
The Nominating team prayerfully and confidentially seeks out potential nominees for elders, deacons, and specific committee roles. They also solicit recommendations from the congregation, clergy, and staff to build a pool of candidates. Meetings usually start in April and are scheduled as needed.
